Bill Ives is a conductor, choral composer and
arranger. He is also a singer, perhaps best known for his time
with the celebrated British vocal group, The
King's Singers.
He directed Magdalen
College Choir in Oxford for eighteen years, leaving in March 2009 to focus on composing and other musical interests.
The Music Catalogue features a comprehensive list of his music,
much of which is published (under his given name, Grayston Ives).
Other pieces may be supplied on request. Please contact
Bill for details. Recordings made with Magdalen College Choir are featured
on the Discography page, including the Grammy-nominated disc
of music by Orlando Gibbons. |
